Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nordson 274791C GLUE HOSE 4FT + H201T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prometrix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eos such as the 602004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 540076 manufactured by Prometrix and we are pleased to be able to service most Prometrix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3HAC173281 by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand 3G3MXAE002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lxe such as 6411AP equipment made by Lxe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lxe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lxe" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3BSE023675R1 by Abb and 6411AP spares by Lxe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AO6B0142B075R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
