Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord SK92372AZDSH-71L/4CUS BRE5HL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oriental-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Optibelt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Plast-o-matic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental-Motor such as the OM4LF20N2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HTD18008M manufactured by Optibelt and we are pleased to be able to service most Optibelt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PR100V by Manufacturer Plast-o-matic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Oriental-Motor Brand 2GA60KA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Oriental-Motor such as 4LF20N4 equipment made by Oriental-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental-Motor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HWV140071 made by Rapid-Gear as well as the popular CGM3 original spares produced by Ormazabal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B2425F by Ohio and 4LF20N4 spares by Oriental-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9533097B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powertech.
