Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord SK 90L/4 CUS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Novotechnik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Npc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Norgren product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Novotechnik such as the MAP4010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 313366420180041116603157 manufactured by Npc and we are pleased to be able to service most Npc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 402051 by Manufacturer Norgren as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Norgren Brand GC3F1B2BXN3BX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nsd such as VLS128PRA14150SXNB equipment made by Nsd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ETC1 made by Novar as well as the popular 38K42IMA01 original spares produced by Nordson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CAM500 by Nrd and VLS128PRA14150SXNB spares by Nsd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 340269A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nordson.
