Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord SK1SM31AX-63S/4 CUS BRE5 HL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nordson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Norgren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nord product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nordson such as the 292288 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P910010 manufactured by Norgren and we are pleased to be able to service most Norgren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK12080 by Manufacturer Nord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nord Brand SKS63NBN56C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Northgate such as VT5V71 equipment made by Northgate have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Northgate products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Northgate" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TLH0525 made by Novotechnik as well as the popular SK1SI63VN56C original spares produced by Nord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B15096F3L0 by Norgren and VT5V71 spares by Northgate are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK100L4CUS22100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord.
