Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5007301 manufactured by Texas-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TA5215SCA by Manufacturer Dodge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sm Brand TEFC404 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varvel such as VRC3301030905 equipment made by Varvel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varvel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varvel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TW1521200 made by Boston as well as the popular SK321332 original spares produced by Nord
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W852033100 by Leeson/ohio and VRC3301030905 spares by Varvel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
