Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nilos-distanzring products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nordson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nissel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nilos-distanzring such as the J75 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1017151 manufactured by Nordson and we are pleased to be able to service most Nordson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TPIAI04 by Manufacturer Nissel as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nissel Brand POS22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nissei such as GOB9299 equipment made by Nissei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nissei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nissei" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 188031A made by Nordson as well as the popular 241271 original spares produced by Nordson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 310653 by Nordson and GOB9299 spares by Nissei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 43925 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delco.
