Nexcom Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Nexcom NISE and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Nexcom NISE include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the NISE if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our NISE repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMLZ10CF103 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
