Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Newport Q2001-TDC1 / Q2001TDC1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nidec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nissei product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec such as the DA2Z121 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XFL521B manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4TP1B463 by Manufacturer Nissei as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Next Brand 3EEBD10C10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nissei such as P0S22 equipment made by Nissei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nissei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nissei" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FSMN3050T020A made by Nissei as well as the popular EXA1A10A00B03 original spares produced by Nippon-Seiko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RT120CCM by Klinger and P0S22 spares by Nissei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4S782164 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikon.
