Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Netstal 110.240.5299b parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Newall products, including obsoleted and phased-out Netzler--Dahlgren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Netstal product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Newall such as the SHGAG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1609608AFSA45 manufactured by Netzler--Dahlgren and we are pleased to be able to service most Netzler--Dahlgren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MEM2 by Manufacturer Netstal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Delta-Electronics Brand ORK79610HS011MS21768P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nikon such as 4S0660112 equipment made by Nikon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HPL012Z9 made by Nidec as well as the popular UT10025 original spares produced by Micro-controle

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RSTC1000 by Nexen and 4S0660112 spares by Nikon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NSC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newmark.
