Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Newport products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newage parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Shimpo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Newport such as the DC2100000000100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OS100 manufactured by Newage and we are pleased to be able to service most Newage systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DT205LR by Manufacturer Shimpo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Veriflo Brand TDR7507PV340350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gec such as RS240BR1020 equipment made by Gec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DA22422 made by Nidec as well as the popular E183CE88 original spares produced by Nidec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 801442 by Nexen and RS240BR1020 spares by Gec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESP3012NLTAHS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newport.
