Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the HI205352859 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JANCDFC100C manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IS560011 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has National Brand FP1600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as FX884ABN624A730G52 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC752WTA005 made by Fanuc as well as the popular HLD3600 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDFC900C1 by Yasnac and FX884ABN624A730G52 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
