Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Murr MCS20-115-230/24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nadex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nanotec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nadex such as the PC97500AA33002174 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ModelANL1451A manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS4118L1804ENM24 by Manufacturer Nanotec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nais Brand LM1001224 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Muscle-Corp such as CM1C23L20 equipment made by Muscle-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Muscle-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Muscle-Corp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UM141A made by Nachi as well as the popular 85071 original spares produced by Murr

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P40L1900 by Nabtesco and CM1C23L20 spares by Muscle-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EA70060053 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco.
