Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eurotherm-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dolan-Jenner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Goss product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm-Drives such as the R590LDC00001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS42010002 manufactured by Dolan-Jenner and we are pleased to be able to service most Dolan-Jenner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PDPN859F by Manufacturer Goss as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schneider-Electric Brand SCL05530010A10BAAA01001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bailey such as STT04 equipment made by Bailey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bailey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bailey" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGDH75DE made by Yaskawa as well as the popular PMDMCU11604001R00 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NF3500G4 by Square-D and STT04 spares by Bailey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRC2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamaha.
