Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moxa ED-308-MM-ST parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Murata products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Multitrode product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Murata such as the EK21123A16IO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFM3542C24150TMP manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSU3MP by Manufacturer Multitrode as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Murr Brand 8000800113840500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mtl such as DO0216 equipment made by Mtl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mtl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mtl" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTL3011 made by Mtl as well as the popular MPM892ATG6G1N original spares produced by Mts

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SESCG5001 by Muller and DO0216 spares by Mtl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS80W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motoman.
