Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motortronics L3S-4875-PEE-OL20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nemic-lambda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikki-Denso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mpc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemic-lambda such as the JWS10024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NCRDAB0A2C302UL manufactured by Nikki-Denso and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikki-Denso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3568 by Manufacturer Mpc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Motortronics Brand LBC32EAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nhk such as HSR10R2M70LM equipment made by Nhk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nhk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nhk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TW24uu made by Nb as well as the popular E70030964 original spares produced by Namco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPS403X400500 by Murr-Elektronik and HSR10R2M70LM spares by Nhk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E70090926 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco.
