Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motoman CACR-SRCB 44DZS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moxa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motovario parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moxa such as the EDS508A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MM56A4STDM manufactured by Motovario and we are pleased to be able to service most Motovario systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USAPEM03CW2X by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moxa Brand EDS505ASSSCT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ms-Sonigen such as 351000 equipment made by Ms-Sonigen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ms-Sonigen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ms-Sonigen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T5365A made by Motorola as well as the popular FB3015L original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RBS31B by M-system and 351000 spares by Ms-Sonigen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCF90S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moxa.
