Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Motion XMP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motion XMP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XMP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XMP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Msa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nest product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Msa such as the 10043264 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MFMA552D4V3 manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WGV by Manufacturer Nest as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Neles-Jamesbury Brand SP200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mts such as TTSRCU0545 equipment made by Mts have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mts products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mts" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GHS075URB12N0 made by Mts as well as the popular HES202MHCP original spares produced by Nemicon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATOX32RX001000000100 by Msa and TTSRCU0545 spares by Mts are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E79020112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco.
