Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore 15999-202 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Num products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xinje parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Liebherr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Num such as the 0216900004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TG765ET manufactured by Xinje and we are pleased to be able to service most Xinje systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3244639 by Manufacturer Liebherr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schumacher Brand 14710203E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 1492IFM0F equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TG865ET by Xinje and 1492IFM0F spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
