Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore 15737-69-BCC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moore products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nabtesco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motortronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moore such as the 16303531R04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARN135A manufactured by Nabtesco and we are pleased to be able to service most Nabtesco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XLD by Manufacturer Motortronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moore Brand 382EA21V1F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moore such as SCT equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTi302A5G4 made by Mti as well as the popular 161392155 original spares produced by Moore

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 161396407 by Moore and SCT spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KH56QW2B048E1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Muscle-Corp.
