Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moog 305-121A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued North products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nicotra/gebhardt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader North such as the FBX25JCD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 61096M manufactured by Nicotra/gebhardt and we are pleased to be able to service most Nicotra/gebhardt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC832001N by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Newport Brand URS75PP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as BIID100A equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AFPXC14TD made by Panasonic as well as the popular R46GENATSNSVS00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPM1A10CDRAV1 by Omron and BIID100A spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3G3RXA4150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
