Montronix Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Montronix TS100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Montronix TS100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TS100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TS100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Msa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newport parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Msa such as the 813957 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTJ20100N manufactured by Newport and we are pleased to be able to service most Newport systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature I61U012055 by Manufacturer Mts as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Namco Brand ER92022811 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nordson such as 188067B equipment made by Nordson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nordson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nordson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 153RD13AC made by Numatics as well as the popular DW5001E original spares produced by Ohio-Semitronics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PX95300SI by Omega and 188067B spares by Nordson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
