Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moeller DILR22-240V/50Hz parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sprecher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the LAC00AYZZA1BBE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NF25E3PBJBNF25E3PBJB manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KTA32516A by Manufacturer Sprecher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand NEMA08538SBG2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Curtis-Albright such as SW100012 equipment made by Curtis-Albright have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Curtis-Albright products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Curtis-Albright" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EBC430AA10 made by Gould as well as the popular LC1D4011G6 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC2D25JDV by Telemecanique and SW100012 spares by Curtis-Albright are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRC36313 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji.
