Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi TM130DZ-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nsd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telesis product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsd such as the VS6E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UM801B manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TMC4003100 by Manufacturer Telesis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Westinghouse Brand WHUN31 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eisenman-Corporation such as TypeE equipment made by Eisenman-Corporation have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TYPE1System by Tel-Tokyo-Electron and TypeE spares by Eisenman-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UM704E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi.
