Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi RV-2FB-Q parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fusion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wtc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Furnas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fusion such as the ASSY512201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GA03T20BGA03T20B manufactured by Wtc and we are pleased to be able to service most Wtc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14DSS32A by Manufacturer Furnas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gam Brand LSK22N0994 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Oriental such as BL5100AA2K equipment made by Oriental have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1BA made by Gardner-Denver as well as the popular GA03T20AGA03T20A original spares produced by Wtc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BN624A236H05REVA by Mitsubishi and BL5100AA2K spares by Oriental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MA2853 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fwc.
