Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi RFH1024-22-IM-68 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Imperial parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P18S303 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P56SG646 manufactured by Imperial and we are pleased to be able to service most Imperial systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P60B13150HCX23 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elau Brand PMC2110500000031100OK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as R57DT100L4107RPM equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PVB6RSY20CM11 by Tokyo and R57DT100L4107RPM spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QV90L2AZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brown.
