Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitac MSC-373-SCI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued U.s.p. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vickers product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s.p. such as the R1301G3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM905C1 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PVB20RS20CM11 by Manufacturer Vickers as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nus-Instruments Brand NUSB071PA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Automated-Logic such as MX4106 equipment made by Automated-Logic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automated-Logic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automated-Logic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PGGLOBL1701DPRO made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular PCA61476137 original spares produced by Advantech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NuPRO900A by Adlink and MX4106 spares by Automated-Logic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSM315401 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental-Motor.
