Microvision Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Microvision 400 X-Y and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Microvision 400 X-Y include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 400 X-Y if necessary. Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the GMH2FE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSE2BV1395 manufactured by Misumi and we are pleased to be able to service most Misumi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1SJHCPUA1SX41A1SY10 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Minarik Brand SL10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as BN624A377 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FX0S16MRUA1 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular ML10L743 original spares produced by Milltronics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAH750 by Miki and BN624A377 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
