Microvision Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Microvision 400 X-Y and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Microvision 400 X-Y include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 400 X-Y if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 400 X-Y repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the PD21BX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A1SJ71AS92 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1211220 by Manufacturer Miki as well.

Spare units by Mini-Safe such as MS4348BRampMS46SR30 equipment made by Mini-Safe have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1SJHCPUA1SX41A1SY10 by Mitsubishi and MS4348BRampMS46SR30 spares by Mini-Safe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
