Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microswitch SID-IDC SID-BPS SID-2000 SID-BBC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Milltronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microtek-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mini-circuits product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Milltronics such as the Centruion5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the uSTEPPER manufactured by Microtek-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Microtek-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZFL1000LN by Manufacturer Mini-circuits as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Milacron Brand CPC1282 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Minarik such as 50701109 equipment made by Minarik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minarik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minarik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MMRG30U0571 made by Minarik as well as the popular CT15121 original spares produced by Minco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1S61PNA1SX41A1SX40A1SY10 by Mitsubishi and 50701109 spares by Minarik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 127501N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microwave-Development.
