Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-4200-0001 / FIS42000001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher-Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher-Rosemount such as the 12P0767X012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DH7201X1A139A2990X012 manufactured by Fisher and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9231320 by Manufacturer Fki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fisher-Rosemount Brand CL6821X1A511B7595X082 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fischer such as 53MC5212A21AAXXXXX equipment made by Fischer have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44B2979X07R by Fisher-Rosemount and 53MC5212A21AAXXXXX spares by Fischer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 41B7284X0128 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher.
