Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micom 100-1585 441-1585 REVJ/440-1585 REVP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micronor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Industries such as the 97006970001E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA100P1 manufactured by Micro-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 68332 by Manufacturer Micronor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Microscan Brand FIS08200001G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microscan such as UIDDPM002 equipment made by Microscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microscan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RFT97121PNU made by Micromotion as well as the popular 80562000 original spares produced by Microtrak

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MM8000C128 by Micro-Memory and UIDDPM002 spares by Microscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8442SSZ7100FT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Miller-Fall-Protection.
