Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Merobel ME127441-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micristar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Innovation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-Design product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micristar such as the 828D1061180312000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GF210TVD002 manufactured by Micro-Innovation and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Innovation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GSO57EQD000 by Manufacturer Micro-Design as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Meteor Brand W3027522 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Design such as NP301 equipment made by Micro-Design have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Design products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Design" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 97003900001A made by Micro as well as the popular 90601REVNC original spares produced by Micro-Memory

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCS1031E by Micro-Control-Systems and NP301 spares by Micro-Design are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
