Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Switch such as the 141PC15G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A2N16 manufactured by Mikro-Eletronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Mikro-Eletronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LHS by Manufacturer Misumi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Misumi Brand LS1004220E40PRC2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metropolitan-Lighting such as N649970 equipment made by Metropolitan-Lighting have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPX3C by Metso-Automation and N649970 spares by Metropolitan-Lighting are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
