Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso-Automation such as the A4310014V15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E14092400A manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M227311 by Manufacturer Merrick as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Merrick Brand 9301 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as 58031425 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6730868 made by Mge as well as the popular db3100CL304 original spares produced by Metrosonics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the rwk121218 by Mgs-Sepro and 58031425 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 181515 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso-Automation.
