Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Menge GSM30-0605-XXX-BR2-358-RB-P5-XH-17190 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mettler-Toledo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch such as the 532093798 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20275500 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TB60171 by Manufacturer Mettler-Toledo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metso-Automation Brand MAS002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro such as R100S129NCAAEZZZZ equipment made by Micro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 233E223 made by Mettler-Toledo as well as the popular AL84B2N original spares produced by Miller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ID30Elobox2 by Mettler-Toledo and R100S129NCAAEZZZZ spares by Micro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFJ30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Misumi.
