Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Menge GSM30-0605-XXX-BR2-358-RB-P5-XH-17190 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micristar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mikrokit parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micristar such as the 828D0051151112000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KTCPU80C32 manufactured by Mikrokit and we are pleased to be able to service most Mikrokit systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N2342 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Milltronics Brand 7ML50332AA002B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler-Toledo such as 7224000R equipment made by Mettler-Toledo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler-Toledo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler-Toledo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available N724 made by Metso-Automation as well as the popular DA70388048 original spares produced by Mercoid

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS45 by Mikro-Precision and 7224000R spares by Mettler-Toledo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9625 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
