Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Megatec 3516045 VME-RACK P3310-05121AC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metal-Box-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mettler product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metal-Box-Engineering such as the 680535D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8436331E manufactured by Meiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Meiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PN64058346 by Manufacturer Mettler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mel Brand 10070011A0030008 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Melec such as AD5610 equipment made by Melec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Melec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Melec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 200FLOW made by Mettler as well as the popular 19606 original spares produced by Merrick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13640300A4YX by Mettler and AD5610 spares by Melec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GD5510E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Melec.
