Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Medar 7925-1M9 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mettler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the D15201300A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7216400200 manufactured by Mge and we are pleased to be able to service most Mge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA13420A73321 by Manufacturer Metar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metso-Automation Brand IOP337 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Medar such as 8010407S032 equipment made by Medar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Medar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Medar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2141151S198 made by Met as well as the popular M302 original spares produced by Memocon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 181517 by Metso-Automation and 8010407S032 spares by Medar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A14485300A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler.
