Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meteor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metso-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mei such as the T0082004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2261 manufactured by Meteor and we are pleased to be able to service most Meteor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P146834 by Manufacturer Metso-Automation as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metso-Automation Brand A4310014V15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Megger such as TTR201 equipment made by Megger have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Megger products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Megger" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3516045VMERACKP331005121AC made by Megatec as well as the popular M253 original spares produced by Ferraz-Shawmut
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 19606 by Merrick and TTR201 spares by Megger are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
