Meco Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Meco BP-I and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Meco BP-I include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BP-I if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BP-I repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ferraz-Shawmut parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Meiden product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the MES120H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L300183 manufactured by Ferraz-Shawmut and we are pleased to be able to service most Ferraz-Shawmut systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT210SL250A0 by Manufacturer Meiden as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT210SH35B0 by Meiden and PE600 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
