We service and repair Meas HCD-3000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Meas HCD-3000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the HCD-3000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our HCD-3000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Syst products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler-Toldeo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-epsilon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Syst such as the 192X64 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4500 manufactured by Mettler-Toldeo and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler-Toldeo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ILD220020 by Manufacturer Micro-epsilon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metrol Brand H4A12B4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metrix such as ST5491E equipment made by Metrix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metrix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metrix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9500710001D made by Micro-Industries as well as the popular ST5H84E original spares produced by Metrix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7004350004L by Micro-Industries and ST5491E spares by Metrix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
