Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Neugardt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motovario product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Neugardt such as the PLE60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 39159 manufactured by Newman and we are pleased to be able to service most Newman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9614162 by Manufacturer Motovario as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitshubishi Brand GMLJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitshubishi such as GRS40A equipment made by Mitshubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitshubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitshubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 19041922 made by Nexen as well as the popular CCFE114SB original spares produced by Mc-Gill
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CCF312SB by Mc-Gill and GRS40A spares by Mitshubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30DVVX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Morse.
