Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metso-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler-Toledo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mercoid product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso-Automation such as the PDP603 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TB600488 manufactured by Mettler-Toledo and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler-Toledo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DA70388048 by Manufacturer Mercoid as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mcg Brand AB34001E1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micromaster such as 6SE64202AD240BA1 equipment made by Micromaster have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromaster products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromaster" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SS70 made by Mayr-Systeme as well as the popular A413001 original spares produced by Metso
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPC by Mcg and 6SE64202AD240BA1 spares by Micromaster are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
