Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mazak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Melltronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazak such as the MC201B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2628000 manufactured by Melltronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Melltronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N8009 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Matrox Brand 7370101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Merlin such as ME981G equipment made by Merlin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1955030 made by Md-Totco as well as the popular 32722305 original spares produced by Max-Motosports
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UPS by Masterguard and ME981G spares by Merlin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GFO10CVD00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro.
