Marathon Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Marathon 52 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Marathon 52 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 52 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 52 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JVJ56H17T2011AK manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 904a by Manufacturer Markem as well.

Spare units by Mark such as 501105001 equipment made by Mark have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MM118 by Marathon and 501105001 spares by Mark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
