Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M200S41010 manufactured by Malema-Sensors and we are pleased to be able to service most Malema-Sensors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2381ME4577 by Manufacturer Mcg as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Marathon Brand 213THTL7736 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Melsec such as A1NCPUP21 equipment made by Melsec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Melsec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Melsec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ARS560 made by Metronix as well as the popular 700206 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Stage by Melles-Griot and A1NCPUP21 spares by Melsec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
