Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bonora parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the D184T3S4AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CS63A4 manufactured by Bonora and we are pleased to be able to service most Bonora systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDP3330 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Us-Motor Brand D5C1K18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moog such as D03FX3RAN6A0 equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DXM340CB by Control-Techniques and D03FX3RAN6A0 spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
