Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Love-Joy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lovato parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Love-Joy such as the 904C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLB30022A480Interface manufactured by Lovato and we are pleased to be able to service most Lovato systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C99XC2895 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lucent Brand ED6707731G7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by M2 such as CU236212 equipment made by M2 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire M2 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "M2" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MA72004005N1 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular DTR451 original spares produced by Lucas
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TTE20421011A1F by Industrial-Drive and CU236212 spares by M2 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
