Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lovato such as the TYPEB145 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1022405PC5 manufactured by Liquid and we are pleased to be able to service most Liquid systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 722746 by Manufacturer Lutze as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lumberg Brand 0970PSL202A08 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Love-Joy such as VSDCHM230030 equipment made by Love-Joy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Love-Joy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Love-Joy" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0M35746001 made by Louis-Allis as well as the popular PCR1820BT original spares produced by Load-Controls
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SR1015B5 by Litton and VSDCHM230030 spares by Love-Joy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CEA705 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lowara.
