Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-belt 3BDBL-2. parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 4C2041 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 56DM4A manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6105012183622 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tommelmotor Brand 7271143600020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sandex such as 7D045273RL3A1X equipment made by Sandex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sandex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sandex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7MRKS518CD01 made by Ge as well as the popular 44559030021001 original spares produced by Flender

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 400RA8H24120 by Camco and 7D045273RL3A1X spares by Sandex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60Wx58 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Woodft-S.
