Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 2100Y2S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 207UCBN2A11 manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 31320G1 by Manufacturer Boston as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Chemineer Brand 2HTN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gates such as 231014MGT85 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 300H1300 made by Continental as well as the popular 235HFN10B original spares produced by Falk
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2050Y1A by Falk and 231014MGT85 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
